The Honorary Degrees Committee is a non-standing committee composed of 3 faculty, 2 staff, 4 students and the Trustees.

The Honorary Degrees Committee seeks the names of suitable candidates for honorary degrees and presents those nominations to the President and Committee on Degrees of the Board of Trustees. The Committee consists of several trustees, one of whom chairs the Committee, one faculty member from each division, and four students (two juniors and two seniors). The President is an ex officio member; the College Marshal an ex officio, non-voting member.
