Ad Hoc Financial Planning Group

The Ad Hoc Financial Planning Group advises the Provost and Vice President for Finance and Operations on ongoing efforts to ensure the long-term health and sustainability of the college’s financial model. The group takes a holistic approach to supporting institutional priorities, weighing tradeoffs and evaluating strategies to slow expense growth. For the 2023–24 academic year, topics for consideration include employee benefits, staffing levels, managers’ budgets, capital financing and aspects of the annual budget process.
