Charge

The Ad Hoc Financial Planning Group advises the Provost and Vice President for Finance and Operations on ongoing efforts to ensure the long-term health and sustainability of the college’s financial model. The group takes a holistic approach to supporting institutional priorities, weighing tradeoffs and evaluating strategies to slow expense growth. For the 2024-25 academic year, the group will continue discussing topics such as employee benefits, staffing levels, managers’ budgets, capital financing, and aspects of the annual budget process.
